Blackbird Karaoke provides an AI-powered karaoke track creation service that allows users to:
- Upload audio files for karaoke track generation
- Process and download karaoke versions of songs
- Access scoring systems and AI-assisted features
- Utilize batch processing and API access (on applicable plans)
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain ownership of all audio files and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and generate karaoke tracks from your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Service: The Service, including all software, algorithms, and technology, is owned by Blackbird and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without written permission.
Copyright Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process any content through the Service. We do not verify copyright ownership.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer multiple subscription tiers:
- Starter (Free): 5 songs per month
- Premium ($9.99/month): Unlimited songs with enhanced features
- Professional ($19.99/month): All Premium features plus API access and priority processing
Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, with changes taking effect immediately and billing prorated accordingly.
7. Service Availability and Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackbird shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes

Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Premium and Professional). If you're not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial subscription or plan upgrade, you can request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first payment for a new plan tier.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for refund
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
3. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately to your payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No future charges will be made
- You will be downgraded to the free Starter plan automatically
- In-progress jobs will be completed
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund. Refunds are only available within the 30-day guarantee period.
5. Plan Changes and Proration
Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher tier, you are immediately charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately.
Downgrading: When you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a partial refund for the remaining time on your current plan, but will be charged the lower rate on your next billing cycle.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day period
- Partial month refunds (except during 30-day guarantee)
- Refunds requested after account termination for violations
- Services already rendered or files already processed (after 30-day period)
7. Free Plan
The Starter (Free) plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply. You can use the free plan indefinitely with its limitations (5 songs per month).
8. Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately at office@blackbird.rs before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly.
9. Service Credits
In cases of extended service outages or technical issues, we may provide service credits or extensions to your subscription at our discretion. These credits are not redeemable for cash.
